Durante o estágio trabalhou-se com a temática "Cultura e Identidade /Igualdade Étnico-Racial". Apesar da implementação da Lei 10.639 de 09/01/2003, que dimensiona o ensino de História da África e Cultura Afro-brasileira no currículo escolar, tornando-o obrigatório na educação básica, ainda existem dificuldades para trabalhar com a referida lei, tanto em recursos didáticos, quanto da falta de formação dos professores para discutir tais temáticas. Levando em conta que é possível considerar que já na Educação Infantil são formados os primeiros valores humanos, procuramos desenvolver um trabalho no PIBID e no estágio em que a ação pedagógica com crianças pudessem valorizar a construção identitária das mesmas, uma vez que o desenvolvimento para a percepção da diversidade étnico-racial, desde a Educação Infantil, poderá contribuir para corresponder ao que demanda a Lei. Foi preocupado com isso que o Ministério da Educação, lançou o livro História e cultura africana e afro-brasileira na educação infantil. As reflexões vão na direção de mostrar os avanços alcançados durante o período de estágio e nas ações do PIBID, através da ludicidade, usando diversos recursos didáticos, que foram revelando a importância de trabalhar com a Cultura Afro-brasileira. O desejo foi de elevar a auto-estima das crianças negras que são predominantes na sala e melhorar o relacionamento entre as mesmas.\r\n This paper is an account of experiences in the Scholarship Program Initiation to Teaching and Learning and Teaching curriculum component in Early Childhood Education Centers in two Early Childhood Education, both from the town of Amargosa -Bahia. During the internship worked with the theme "Culture and Identity / Ethnic-Racial Equality." Despite the implementation of Law 10.639 of 09/01/2003, which scales the Afro-Brazilian teaching of African history and culture in the school curriculum, making it compulsory in basic education, there are still difficulties to work with such law, both in teaching resources, as the lack of training of teachers to discuss such topics. Taking into account that it is possible to consider that in kindergarten are already formed the first human values, we develop a kind of work / research in PIBID on stage and in the pedagogical activity with children to enhance the identity construction of them, since the development for perception of ethnic and racial diversity, from kindergarten, may contribute to match what the law demands.
